Welcome to ONE TWO Boxing. An immersive boxing and fitness experience combining the power of boxing, cardio and resistance into one ultimate 45 minute workout.

Guided by an in-studio instructor and surrounding digital screens, you'll sweat and punch your way through 3 minute rounds with your own low-impact, water-filled boxing bag.

You'll get the benefits of group training, but in a totally immersive and non-intimidating environment. Our darkened boxing chamber fitted with neon lights and state-of-the-art sound systems will deliver a fitness experience like no other.

But our focus isn't just about fitness. It's about being a healthier version of yourself. Co-founded by professional boxer Josh Nesbitt and triple-premiership Richmond Football Club captain Trent Cotchin, their vision is to inspire all ages and fitness levels to improve confidence and wellbeing.
